Goudey or World Wide Gum issued the Jungle Gum set in 1930. The set is 48 cards issued in two series of 24. The first series is numbered 1-24, while the second series is skip numbered from 25-71. The cards picture wild animals typically in jungle settings and have colorful pastel-colored fronts with the characteristic green typeset backs. One of the nicer sets issued early in the "R" candy and gum era.
The condition on this set runs the gamut from Fair to EX with most falling into the VGEX range. There are 4-5 cards with back damage.
