The 1953 Topps Who-Z-At Star set is one of the many Topps sets from the 1950's and was a popular set due to the movie star subject matter and familiarity people had with the stars of the day. The set is complete at (80) cards and featured many stars of the day such as Elizabeth Taylor, Clark Gable, Ricardo Montalban, Gene Kelly, Janet Leigh and many more. The cards have a silver border on the front and a deep blue background on the back and are condition sensitive so high grade cards are sought after by set completists. The Who-Z-At Star cards in this auction were all pulled by the consignor directly from packs in 1953 and have been in his collection since then except for the period they were with SGC for grading. There are high grade cards and mid grade cards from this lot but all are beautifully clean and in remarkable condition for 66 year old cards.

This lot contains a single high grade card of Richard Anderson. Anderson is best known as Oscar Goldman on the Six Million Dollar man show from the 1970's. The card has been graded as SGC86 NM+ 7.5. The cards in this group don't suffer from the common reverse blue chipping and have universally fantastic centering.
