These beautiful oversized Marburg Greenback Tobacco Advertising cabinets measure 7-1/2" x 12-1/2". They have deep black borders and typically picture a titled scene or an actress. They also have pictures of the Marburg Greenback and/or Seal of North Carolina packages on them. The backs have a good deal of advertising for the brand in black print.Marburg produced a number of "N" card sets picturing actresses and other subjects.
This cabinet pictures Sadie Martinot in a seductive, horizontal print looking at the camera laying on what looks to be a velvet throw. Condition is about Fair with some back damage. The front is mostly clean though and displays nicely.
