A very interesting and obscure piece of collectabilia is this small box of greeting cards issued in the early 1950's. Inside the box are cards for different occasions and include birthdays, get well cards and others. Intended to be sent to children, the cards have colorful graphics. Measuring about 6x6 inches the folded cards have matching white envelopes. The interesting thing about this set is that one of the cards titled "Its your Birthday, By Gum!" has a Topps Varsity Football unopened gum pack with 1950 topps feltback football card still inserted with the pack. The card is of Dan Towler of Washington & Jefferson and it is in NRMT condition.

The package is in VG to VGEX condition, adhered to the card and the rest of the cards are in about VGEX to EX condition. The box has split flaps but is in GVG condition otherwise and mostly clean. Originally containing (14) cards and a similar amount of envelopes, only (9) cards remain. There's a similar amount of envelopes but they do have some pretty dark staining on them.
