This oversized colorized Newsboy of Marie Tempest exhibits an overprint advertising for the Nutcracker 5 cent cigar. The advertising is in a gold print that measures an inch or so high. This is the only larger format Newsboy that we have seen with any type of advertising--front or back. The card is numbered 8 from the set of 100. The card exhibits some condition issues with pinholes at top left and right and some light album adhesive on the back of the card which makes it slightly sticky. Still a superb piece with crossover tobacco appeal.
