The World Candies company of Brooklyn, New York likely issued these diminutive candy boxes in the 1940's or 1950's. They are small, measuring about 3/8" thick by 1" wide by about 3" tall. They picture a baseball player on each face of the box and contained 2 candy baseball bats. Likely similar to the candy cigarettes of the day, these boxes have great baseball graphics and appear to be uncataloged in any references we can find.
This box is the Batter box and is in VG to VGEX condition. This box has a small piece of tape re-attaching the end flap on one end but otherwise is clean with no surface issues on either face of the box
