Absolutely beautiful piece advertising for Raleigh Tobacco's from A&G Cameron and Sizer of Richmond, VA. Mount itself measures 10-5/8" by 13-5/8" with the attached albumen photo measuring 8-3/8" by 10". The photo pictures (12) actresses and the advertising says that one of these photographs are packed in each package. 100 Designs. The actresses pictured from left to right, top to bottom are: M. Devanse, Frl. Warnlief, Frl. Sivre, Mlle. Ugalde, M. Carmen, Miss Hicks, Lillian Grubb, Flora Walsh, Mlle, Myerha, Mme. Lobstein, Miss Barrie and Miss Perrin. The printing on the mount is preprinted with gold paint and in very nice shape.
Overall, I would rate this piece as VGEX to EX condition. Wear to the corners is evident but not bad. There are some surface nicks on the piece on both sides. The gold printing is in very nice shape and the field of the attached photo is very nice with just a couple spots. The back of the photo has a picture of a vase with flowers which I believe to be an actual painting in some type of acrylic paint as the brush strokes are very evident. A veryt interesting piece.
