The R722 Novel Candy package design card sets catalog only 8 sets in the 1960 American Card Catalog. Non-sport.com now catalogs some 29 different sets in the Novel package design sets. Most are 12 card sets with some exceptions. These have become extremely popular in the last few years due to a few collectors pursuing complete sets of all as well as some very obscure variations to many of the sets.
This card is the R722-5 Pirates card #6 Captain Edward Low that has been PSA-graded as 1.5 or Fair condition. The card displays extremely well and is likely only downgraded due to the back of the card and the edges where the card was torn from the box back.
