The K1 Arbuckle Coffee Animals set of (50) cards is one of a number of Arbuckle sets issued prior to the turn of the 20th century. Arbuckle coffee was one of the best known coffee brands and they issued these sets to compete with other brands such as Woolson Spice and Lion Coffee, McLaughlin and International Coffee, among others. Most of the Arbuckle sets are informative in nature and have 50 or 100 cards in the sets. Generally, they are numbered cards with detailed information on the back about the full color, graphically depicted subject on the front.

This set of K1 Arbuckle Coffee Animals is in VG to VGEX condition with some better and some worse. They are in about average to slightly above average for the typical Arbuckle Coffee set.
