The N488 Actress set is a stock photo set that was used for a number of different tobacco companies as advertising. The N488A is the Mayo Cut Plug variation with the characteristic rectangular blue Mayo's Cut Plug logo on the front--generally in the upper right corner and the Mayo name with "Richmond Virginia" on the bottom of the card. There appears to be a couple variations on the typeset used for the bottom advertising as well as the spacing at the top for the "For Smoking and Chewing" tagline.
This lot includes a group of (6) N488A Mayo Cut Plug Tobacco actress cards most of which are in the VG to VGEX range. A couple cards have some light back damage which does not affect the image on the front of the card.
