In 1964, Topps sought to capitalize on the Beatles craze with a group of (7) different sets. The Beatles had appeared on the Ed Sullivan show on February 9, 1964. Topps seized the opportunity and issued all seven of the Beatles sets during 1964. There were a trio of Beatles Black and White sets, a trio of Color sets and an oddball, oversized, kitchy Beatles plaques set. Most all the sets were between 55 and 64 cards.
This blank backed 1964 Topps Beatles Color uncut sheet of (66) cards contains a complete set of (64) plus (2) extra. There is a foot long crease in the piece but overall it displays excellently and would look amazing framed. Great piece that will be shipped rolled.
