In 1964 you could find president cards in bags of Frito Lay brand chips. Each of the cards portray artwork of a president with an ornate frame. The back contains lots of trivia on the president depicted. There is no mention of series title or Frito-Lay on the cards but they are both found on the mailer envelope. The F403 set is a (35) card set measuring 3" wide by 4" Tall.
