The R172 Gum Inc Wild West set was a 49 card set issued in 1937. The card pictures one of the two most popular subjects in the 1930's "R" gum cards--the Wild West. The other, of course, is War. 48 of the 49 were easy to find with the 49th being the incredibly rare free cowboy outfit card. Sets are considered complete at 48 cards.
This wrapper has a red, white and blue scheme with some yellow thrown in and is in about G condition with some nicks mostly to the left side and a number of wrinkles and folds.
