The R89 Gum Inc Mickey Mouse set is a 96 card set of one of the most popular comic characters of all time. Mickey Mouse's popularity exploded in the early 1930's and Gum, Inc of Philadelphia, PA sought to capitalize on that with their set. The set was issued in two different series of 48 cards with each having a companion album. More often than not, the cards found themselves glued into the albums so finding high grade cards is difficult.
This lot of (4) R89 Gum Inc Mickey Mouse cards have all been graded by PSA as PSA4 or VGEX and includes the following subjects: #9 Uncle Walt Told Me..., #66 Sure There's Fish in there, #35 You Can't Make a Money out of Me and #58 Look, Mickey foots the bill. Great lot of these clean Mickey cards that look better than the technical grade.
