The N33 Allen & Ginter World's Smokers picture smokers from around the world. Some of the popular subjects include the Planter--the Allen & Ginter logo namesake and the American Indian, among others. The cards have colorful, plain backgrounds and picture the smokers in their native garb. The images were used for other cigarette sets during later periods.
This single N33 Allen & Ginter World's Smokers card is of arguably the key card from the set--the Old Planter. The Old Planter is the logo image of Allen & Ginter and this copy of the card has been graded SGC1 or Poor. The back has obvious back damage but the card remains an affordable copy of a card that's growing in interest.
