The R54 set is one of a number of strip sets issued in the 1930's. The Foreign Legion set was issued in 1939 and was issued in strips of 8 cards with a total of 6 strips comprising the set of 48 cards. The cards picture the exciting adventures of the Foreign Legion in bold, bright colors.
This near set of (37/48) cards from the R54 W.S. Corp Foreign Legion set are in Good to EX condition, averaging VG/VGEX.
