When people discuss the most beautiful card sets of the 19th century, the N162 Goodwin Champion set almost always tops their list. The set features bright, vivid colors and pictures sporting champions from a number of popular sets. The most popular cards from the set continue to be the eight baseball players and the Beecher football card.
This trio of N162 Goodwin Tobacco Champions feature tennis players and include the subjects of Beeckman, Dwight and Taylor. The cards are in VG to VGEX condition with clean fronts and mostly clean backs. The Taylor card does have some very light spots of paper loss on the back which is very common for the issue.
