The R80 Novelty Gum League of Nations set is a 50 card set picturing a native with the country's flag in the background and a small vignette in the background of something for which the country is known. The cards were issued in packs and also had a small cardboard box that looked like a book that would hold all 50 cards. The box was available from a redemption offer and is very difficult to obtain. There is a box and wrapper in another lot in this auction.
This lot of (7) cards from the R80 Novelty Gum League of Nations set includes (4) cards in VG (#2, #14, #19 and #36) and (3) cards in EX to EXMT (#21, #39 and #41). Great lot of these cards.
