The S86 State Silks set is a set of (48) known silks as checklisted at Non-sports.com. The set can be found with advertising for tobacco companies like Chesterfield, Clix, Fatima, Old Mill and Piedmont. Some brands are tougher than other. The silks measure 2" wide by 3-1/4" high and are white background silks with the state seal on the front. About 1/2 of the silks are formatted in horizontal format and the other 1/2 are in vertical format.
This near set of (35/48) silks are in VGEX to EX condition and clean. The tobacco brands are mixed with all brands represented by at least a couple silks except none for Fatima.
