The S78 Ruler with National Arms Silks set is a (24) silk set picturing heads of state on the top half of the silk and the country coat of arms on the bottom half of the silk. There is no brand advertisement on the silks. The silks show being from Factory No. 64, 2nd District of New York.
This lot of (10) different S78 American Tobacco Company Ruler With National Arms Silks are in VG to VGEX condition and mostly clean. Great group representing about 40% of the complete set of (24) silks.
