The relationship between Philadelphia Caramel and Philadelphia Confections remains somewhat of a mystery but we believe them to be one and the same company. This set of (50) cards borrows images from the N21 Quadrupeds series from the Allen & Ginter company of the late 1880's. The set pictures animals in natural habitats. The set can be found with black printed backs or, in much less quantity, blue printed backs as well. The latter are significantly more difficult to find.

This near set of (43/50) cards from the E28 Philadelphia Caramel Zoo Caramels are in Poor to VG condition.
