The T43 set is a (30) card "Gold Border", "Fancy Frame" set of bird cards issued strictly by the Mecca Cigarettes wing of the American Tobacco Company. Unlike the T42 cards, Mecca is the only brand associated with the T43 set, although the cards can be found with both Factory 30 and Factory 649 designations. The cards are more ornate than are their T42 gold border counterparts.
This near set of (28/30) cards from the T43 Bird Series are in Good to VGEX condition with a couple better and a couple worse. Nice near set of these beautiful cards.
