The N229 Kinney American Horses is a (25) card set that can be found in two different formats--one with a checklist back outlining both the American (N229) and English (N230) set or with a text-backed redemption offer. The sets are normal sized tobacco cards and feature Horses that are known for winning American horse races. The checklist backs are much tougher to obtain than are the redemption backs.
This lot of (4) N229 Kinney Cigarettes American Horses have all been graded by PSA and include the following subjects: Freeland (checklist back, PSA4 VG-EX), Proctor Knott (checklist back, PSA4 VG-EX), Montrose (checklist back, PSA4 VG-EX) and Hanover (redemption back, PSA2 Good). Nice lot for the set builder.
