The R123 Seal Craft Disks were issued for newspapers of the day as well. The St. Louis Globe Democrat newspaper used the images for a set that was cataloged as M30. The full set of (240) R123 Seal Craft disks were not printed in the M30 but there are some M30's that are not in the R123 set as well. Some series are exactly the same and shared between the two.

This lot includes (6) pieces that are related to the R123/M30 Seal Craft set to include a pair of Philadelphia Evening Bulletin Seal Craft Mailing envelopes, a brochure explaining the Seal Craft discs and a trio of Seal Craft discs to include #93 Walrus, #182 Micanopy and #183 Chesapeake Retriever. Great lot of items from this popular set.
