The E226 Lowney's Chocolate Bird Studies set is a set of (25) very ornate cards that picture beautiful birds. The cards have very ornate gold borders and picture the bird in its natural habitat. The backs of the cards advertise for Lowney's Cocoa and Bon Bons. The cards are unnumbered on the back or front and have black printing on the back.
This near set of E226 Lowney's Bird Studies (24/25) have 22 cards that suffer from a single small hole punched in the upper left hand corner of the card. Absent this fault, the cards average around VGEX to EX condition and are mostly clean. A pair of cards do not have the hole punch.
