The N27 is the second series of the World's Beauties from Allen & Ginter and contains (50) cards picturing actresses of the day on a chromolithographed card. Real Photo albumen cards were the more plentiful types of actress cards issued during the 1880's. Allen and Ginter issued both the N26 and N27 series and included luminaries such as Lillian Russell, Adelina Patti, Lillie Langtry and others between the two series.
This lot of (21) cards from the N27 Allen & Ginter (2nd series) are largely in VG to VGEX condition and mostly clean. There are a couple cards with some back staining.
