The N569 E.T. Pilkington Company Fruits and Flowers set is a beautifully lithographed set of (48) cards picturing flowers and fruits on the front of the card with advertising on the back of the card along with a checklist of subjects. The cards measure 2-1/4" wide by 3-1/2" high and are slightly oversized to the average 19th century tobacco card. There is a companion album that could be had for coupon redemptions that pictures the cards in the set. The album is one of the scarcer to find from the run of 19th century albums.
This trio of N569 E. T. Pilkington Fruits cards are largely in VGEX condition and very clean. The subjects include Orange, Pear and Strawberries. The Orange card has the smallest dot of paper loss in the right side of the checklist towards the lower part of the card. Just beautiful condition and lithography on these cards.
