The N155 Duke Honest Long Cut set primarily pictures scenes from the New York and other Northeast locations. In addition to the scenes, four Native American chiefs were included in the series--Chiefs Carlos, Joseph, White Bull and Yellow Dog. The Native American chiefs are seen somewhat less regularly and are often mistaken for the N691 American Indian chiefs. The cards are condition sensitive with dark sepia-type borders on the front and black backgrounds. They're often found with paper loss.
This lot is for a single higher grade (EX-EXMT) card from the N155 Duke Honest Long cut Scenes and Buildings set picturing the subject San Francisco Mountain, Cal. These are rarely found in this type of condition and with strong photo clarity like this one. Would make a great addition to a type card collection or for the N155 set collector. Beautiful card.
