The V118 Ganong Brothers Big Chief Indians set was one of many sets in the 1920's/1930's that borrowed the artwork from the Allen & Ginter N2/N36 sets. Like some of the other sets Ganong used the artwork after reversing the images and some embellishments like feathers added and the color schemes brightened up a little bit. The set, like its other counterparts is very popular and pictures all the big Indian Chiefs of the wild west of the United States. Indian Chiefs like Chief Joseph, Geronimo and Sitting Bull form the lineup of the set.
The condition breakdown of the set is as follows: VGEX to EX condition (10 cards), VG condition (32 cards), G or lesser condition (8 cards). While the set is technically lower mid-grade, it displays very nicely.
