The T11 Kink Series Tales of the Turkish Trophies is a (20) card set that were premiums for tobacco coupons redeemed by smokers in the early 20th century. The cabinet cards are sized the same as the other oversized premium cabinets from Turkish Trophes at 6" wide by 8" high. The cabinets are colorful representations of tales of the Turkish Trophes. They picture a smoking "Kink" subject who is relating stories to subjects that are questioning him. The backs of the cards have a one cent coupon that, when saved, could be redeemed for gifts that are listed on the bottom of the cabinet. This redemption offer on the card itself may explain some of the difficult in locating some of these cards. The T11 set is particularly difficult with only (5) subjects pictured on non-sport.com.
This copy of the T11 Kink Series card #5 is titled "The Kink's Dancers" and is in Fair to Poor condition. The card suffers from some surface paper loss in the lower left as well as some creasing and a 1/2" tear on the right border. The card picture, however, retains it's colorful image which would likely have been controversial in the day with buxom dancers and the "Kink" extending his index finger towards the closest dancers bottom. The back of the card is clean with dark black printing that is clearly readable. The card would likely make a significant addition to even the most advanced type card collections.
