The S78 Ruler with National Arms Silks set is a (24) silk set picturing heads of state on the top half of the silk and the country coat of arms on the bottom half of the silk. There is no brand advertisement on the silks. The silks show being from Factory No. 64, 2nd District of New York.
This complete set of (24) silks from the S78 Ruler with National Arms silk set runs the gamut on condition from Fair to EX with most being about VG. Two of the silks are missing the factory infomation at the bottom of the silk either from being trimmed or from fraying which caused the factory number to be missing. Great opportunity to pick up a complete silk set from the early part of the 20th century.
