The R90 Mickey Mouse and the Movie Stars set was a 24 card set issued by Gum, Inc in 1935. It is a continuation of the R89 Mickey Mouse 96 card set, being numbered 97-120. The set is extremely difficult to find and commands a significant premium over the R89 cards. The cards picture Mickey Mouse with a movie star and some hints to that person's identity. The back has a spot to write the movie star's name and the majority of the ones in this auction have had that name written on the back in pen.
This lot of (3) cards from the R90 Gum Inc Mickey Mouse and the Movie Stars are generally in lower grade G to GVG and include the following numbers: 112, 113 and 114. Great lot of very tough cards.
