The R701-4 Bowman Flip Book set was issued in packages around 1949. The 'books' are flip books where, when flipped through, causes the scene to look like it's moving. One of the very early Bowman nonsports issues, these flipbooks are pretty rare.
This lot of (9) Bowman Flip Books are in EX to EXMT condition and virtually unimprovable. The book numbers in the lot are 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 10 and 11. Phenomenal lot of these very condition-sensitive booklets.
