Goudey issued License Plate cards in the years 1936-1939. The first and last years of these issues are the smallest sets with the 1937 and 1938 sets being quite a bit larger. R19-1 represents the first year Goudey issued these cards with a set size of (36) subjects.

This lot of (16) cards from the Goudey License Plate series R19-1 range in condition from Poor to about EX with most around VG to VGEX. This lot represents nearly 1/2 of the complete set from 1936.
