The N4 Allen & Ginter Birds of America set is one of a number of small and large format bird sets that Allen & Ginter produced in the late 1880's. The colorful chromolithographed set is comprised by (50) subjects found in the United States. The birds are pictured in their natural habitats in colorful paintings.
This pair of PSA-Graded N4 Allen & Ginter Birds of America are both graded as PSA2 or Good condition. The fronts of the cards are mostly clean and colorful with the following back issues: Snow Bird (back glue or tobacco staining with corner wear and crease in upper right) and Albatross (pencil 'tick' marks on back checklist and softer corners) .
