The N2 set pictures the same (50) American Indians using the same interior picture artwork as the larger format set. The artwork for this set would be the basis for countless other sets into even the 1930's. The set pictures Indian Chiefs from all over North America with subjects like Geronimo, Sitting Bull, Chief Joseph and others. The set represents possibly one of, if not the most popular sets of the 19th century small format chromolithographed cards. They are highly sought and very popular with collectors not only of tobacco cards but of Western and Indian ephemera.
This pair of N2 Allen & Ginter American Indians cards include Young Black Dog (Poor with corner clips) and Man and Chief (VG with some surface soiling on front).
