The E162 Pan Pacific International Exposition (PPIE) card set comprising sights and scenes of the Pan Pacific International Exposition which was held in San Francisco, California in 1915. The cards are postcards and are similar in size to all the other Ghirardelli Chocolate card sets. One of a number of sets by Ghirardelli Chocolates out of San Francisco, these are believed to have been issued around 1915 either during or before the PPIE. The cards are larger format cards issued in and with Ghirardelli chocolate bars. The backs are divided back postcards suitable for mailing.
