Topps issued this extremely popular black and white set in 1964--right at the beginning of the Beatles invasion of the U.S. and when their popularity was unmatched throughout the world. Topps officials capitalized on many new trends over the years and harnessing the popularity of the Beatles through the sets they issued in the mid-1960's was one of the most brilliant moves they made.
This set of (60) cards is in VGEX to EXMT condition overall, averaging about EX with just a few better and worse cards. Very nice mid-grade set for the 1960's Topps collector.
