The R184 Indians set is one of the many strip card sets of the 1930's/1940's and is a (24) card set. Like most all the sets, they were issued in strips of (8) cards and were likely point-of-sale items for candy purchases. Also, like many other 1930's strip card sets, they picture a popular subject--American Indians. The R184 set can be found in vertical sepia version or a colorized horizontal format.
This complete set of (24) has been PSA-Graded and has a set rating of 2.58. This is the horizontal colorized set and, although not highly graded, has a good look that is much better than the technical grades would attest to. This would make a nice addition to an advanced "R" card collection.
