The N146 Set from Duke's Tobacco are slightly larger than the N145 series but smaller than the larger, oversized Duke cards of the same timeframe. The series can be found with Duke's Mixture on the front at the bottom or with Duke of Durham. The series contains a number of politicians, actors and actresses and other celebrities of the day.
This lot includes a single N146 Duke's Mixture Card for John Logan. The card is in about VG condition with just a hair of flaking in the upper left corner keeping it from a better grade. The blank back is very clean. There is just a slight wrinkle on the lower border. Although the N146 set is credited with being produced in 1888, Logan passed away in 1886.
