The C5 Imperial Tobacco Canadian History Series is a (50) card set picturing the important points in the early period of Canadian History. The set is one of a number of early 20th century sets issued by the Imperial Tobacco Company of Canada. The cards clearly identify the manufacturer on the back as well as the set name and are classified in the American Card Catalog as C5. The artwork on the card fronts is colorful and the backs have a short narrative and are numbered at the top of the card.
This is a mid to lower grade set with most cards falling in the Poor to VGEX range. This is a tough set to complete, however, and just five cards (#17, #19, #23, #25, #45) away from being complete.
