Among the 1930's Candy and Gum cards, there are a few series of booklets. National Chicle issued a 48 booklet set of Tom Mix and his Western escapades. Tom Mix flooded the movie scene from the early part of the 20th century through the mid 1930's. He starred in 291 movies, all but nine of which were silent movies. He was unquestionably one of the largest Hollywood actors during this period and paved the way for the genre of the Western movies that we still enjoy today.
This lot contains a single wrapper from the R151 National Chicle Tom Mix booklet set. The wrapper is in VGEX condition with just a little dirt and the normal wrinkling associated with wrappers from this time period. The coupon on the right side panel is still attached and the wrapper presents nicely.
