N228-2 Kinney Novelties Actress in Circle Lot of (44) Cards

The N228 Kinney Novelties is one of the more interesting groups of cards issued during the "N" timeframe of the late 1880's through early 1890's. There are 6 different groupings of cards within the N228 series. The N228-2 Novelties are round, thinner cards picturing beautiful ladies of the day. The cards are all head shots and can have backs colored in a number of different colors. The N228-2 ladies are significantly easier to find and complete than are the N228-1's.

This group of (44) different cards represents a near set with some light duplication--primarily in back colors and offers the master set collector a great opportunity to add variations. Overall the lot is in much better condition than normal and the vast majority would fall into a VGEX to EX range with just a few with any real back issues.
