The N20 Allen & Ginter Prize & Game Chickens set is a (50) card set picturing chickens that were bred to be shown in the late 1880's to early 1890's. The odd subject matter represents one of a number of sets picturing birds that Allen & Ginter produced during this time. Unlike some of the other sets, the N20 set does not have a matching large-format companion set.
This lot includes (26) N20 Allen & Ginter Prize & Game Chickens cards. (25) of the cards are different with a pair of the American Light Brahma subjects. The lot is largely in VG to VGEX condition with just a few worse and a few better. Overall great lot that represents half the set and an extra for trading.
