Phenomenal near complete set of these 5" by 7" thin cardboard airplanes (26/28). These were issued in Kellogg's Pep cereal in four different series--each series having (7) airplanes.

This near set (26/28) includes complete Series 2, 3 and 4 with only a pair of missing airplanes in series 1 which are Douglas A-17A and Grumman F4F-4 Wildcat. All sheets are complete except a small piece missing from the Lockheed "Lightning" P-38 sheet from the upper left. Rarely seen in such a large group.
