The F279-19 Quaker Oats Wings of Victory set is a (24) card set numbered 1-25 with #13 missing. The cards are cut from the back of boxes of Puffed Wheat Sparkies from Quaker Oats sometime in the 1930's to 1940's. The pictures are colorful representations of airplanes with a yellow border that's about 1/2" wide. The cards themselves measure 6-1/8" wide by 4-1/2" High with the border but are frequently found cut to the inner picture.
This complete uncut box of Quaker Puffed Wheat Sparkies features the F279-19 Quaker "Wings of Victory" picturing #14 Douglas A-26 Invader Card. The box has some very light condition issues but is overall VGEX or better.
