The R348 C.A. Briggs "Sport Pictures" picture figures engaging in an identified sport figure in black, white and yellow imagery against a deep red background. The backs of the cards outline the specifics of that sport and name a few of the more famous figures in that sport. The card backs are numbered in the upper left with the title of the sport on the front at the top back. The bottom of the back notes a set of (31) cards and notes a box of chocolates or baseball, bat or mitt can be had for sending the full set of (31) cards to Briggs. Card #31 is likely the "Tough" card or Redemption card for the set and has yet to be checklisted at non-sport.com.
This single R348 C.A. Briggs Sport Pictures card features subject #6 "Surf Ridin". The card has a very clean front but paper loss on the otherwise clean back and pretty solid crease top to bottom.
