The R44 International Chewing Gum Don't let it Happen Over here is a (24) card series picturing atrocities of war from all over the world with the tagline "Don't let it happen over Here". The cards feature colorful but somewhat crude artwork--especially compared to contemporary card series from Gum Inc and other manufacturers like Horrors of War or War Gum or other sets. The card backs contain an ofen graphic narrative talking about War and overseas atrocities of the early part of WWII.
This single R44 International Gum Don't Let it Happen Over Here is of subject #3 Death Rides the Skies. The card has been graded PSA6 EX-MT. Just a beautiful card from this seminal set from the 1930's.
