The D57 Mother's cookies set is a (63) card set of movie stars issued on the West Coast with mother's cookies products. Mothers issued a number of sets of cards in their products in the 1950's including baseball players, automobiles and others. The cards have rounded corners like playing cards with a lightly glossy front. The backs of the cards are numbered at the top and have a small biography with film credits as well as personal demographics for the star on the front. The bottom 1/2 of the card advertises a mail in redemption for an album to hold the (63) cards.
This lot of (12) cards are from D57 and D77 issues by Mother's Cookies from the 1950's. The cards are in VG to VGEX condition and clean.
