In 1953, Rice Chex cereal inserted Space Patrol cards into boxes of their cereal. The set totals (40) cards. The artwork was interesting and reminiscent of the Jets, Rockets and Spaceman issue from Bowman. Space was all the rage in the early 1950's and manufacturers sought to capitalize on the interest of young children as the space race began.
This lot includes (3) cards, all graded by PSA including the following: Expedition to Rhea PSA4.5 VGEX+, Jet Car Trouper (2 cards: One PSA4 VGEX and one PSA2 Good). Great lot for the set builder.
